Coq10 is also known as Coenzyme Q10.This co q10 is produced naturally in the human body, and is a source of various coq10 benefit. Co q10 is also found in meat and fish. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy have had their ill effects reduced while taking co q10. The coq10 benefits are many, and research on co q10 and coq10 benefits continue. No doubt as time progresses, co q10 researchers will find many more coq10 benefits.
